Carrying out a project as XXX Israel representative at XXXX HMO (a leading HMO in Israel and one of the leading HMOs in the world).

• Planning and developing the billing system end-to-end.

2010-present – Portal Web Applications Leader
Developing and maintaining the operational portal, as well as writing user interfaces via the WEBDynpro ABAP/JAVA technology. The portal is the core of the organization's operational system and serves hundreds of users.
Coordinating requirements of the implementation staff, providing my professional opinion on technical aspects and the solutions’ feasibility and taking part in writing technical specifications and timetables.
Monitoring the development progress in accordance with predefined objectives.
Work environments: WebDynpro ABAP, Eclipse, SQL Server, JAVA/J2EE, SAP Web Application Server.

• Managing the marketing and sales activities regarding new and existing products – advanced automation systems for serological and molecular testing in the fields of blood banking and immunohematology.
• Strong autodidactic skills – acquiring a comprehensive knowledge regarding the field of blood banking via books, articles, presentations and online resources.
• Conducting market research, including characterization and full review, while highlighting the potential market value and competition.
• Building a strategy and timetable for product launch, marketing and sales.
• Responsible for product line’s operative management, including system testing, price quote, response to tenders, negotiations and contract execution.
• Liaison between the departments of Procurement, QA, Logistics, Software, Finance and Service.
• Establishing personal relationships with key figures and opinion leaders in the field.
• Managing contracts with the manufacturer based abroad, including trips to undergo courses and advanced training programs at the company's facilities overseas.
• Managing and operating productions, seminars and conferences in the field of blood banking.
• Technical Application Specialist – supporting various automation systems at customer’s facilities.
• Providing training and certification to the professional staff at a laboratory with various automation systems.
• Characterizing user needs and requirements per customer, and adjusting system settings in accordance with laboratory needs.
• Handling system-related software malfunctions, managing investigations, monitoring the system due to repeated malfunctions and reporting to the manufacturer.
• Conducting device evaluations at customer facilities and providing direct feedback to the manufacturer abroad regarding improvements, recommendations and malfunctions.
• Providing clinical consulting and training to the company's Software and Service Division.
• Writing the URS protocol for the company’s Software Division as part of the LIMS software development for blood bank laboratory management.
